Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 20 days of the shipping date (the date your order ships from our facility) under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Defective or dead-on-arrival items are replaced free of charge — contact us within 20 days of the shipping date and we will cover return shipping for verified defects.
- Custom cable assemblies and cut-to-length products are final sale, as they are made to order.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
