All orders ship from our facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping options
- Economy Shipping — 3–7 business days, no tracking. From $3.99. Best for connectors, single cables, and small items.
- Standard Shipping — tracked delivery, rates shown at checkout.
- Xpresspost — expedited tracked delivery for urgent orders.
- FREE standard shipping on orders over $49 to all Canadian provinces.
Exact rates for your address are shown in the cart — enter your postal code in the shipping calculator before checkout. Applicable GST/HST is calculated at checkout based on your province.
Delivery areas
We ship across Canada. For deliveries to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut, and for US or international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.

Local Pickup
Prefer to skip shipping altogether? Choose Local Pickup at checkout and your order will be ready for pickup in Mississauga, Ontario within 48 hours. We will email you when it is ready. Please wait for that email before coming by, and bring your order number with you. There is no charge for pickup.
Untracked Economy Shipping
Our Economy option ships by Canada Post lettermail service, which does not include tracking or insurance. It is the most affordable way to receive small items, and the trade-off is that neither you nor we can trace a package once it enters the mail stream. By selecting Economy Shipping at checkout, you accept that CustomCable.ca is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged by Canada Post after we obtain proof of postage. If you would like delivery confirmation and coverage, please choose one of our tracked options such as Standard Shipping or Xpresspost.
