Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable GST/HST is calculated at checkout based on your province. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Orders ship from Mississauga, Ontario. Delivery timelines, rates, and free-shipping thresholds are described in our Shipping Policy.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 20 days of the shipping date under the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy. Custom cable assemblies and cut-to-length products are made to order and are final sale.
Custom Orders
Custom cable assemblies are manufactured to the specifications you provide. Please verify all specifications before confirming your order; we are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied specifications.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product specifications and images. Minor variations may occur. If an item you receive is materially different from its description, contact us and we will make it right.
Warranty & Liability
Products are warranted against manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage caused by improper installation or use.
Privacy
Your personal information is used to process orders and provide customer service. We do not sell your personal information.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
